helpful staff central location english language damp room mismatched towels uncomfortable checkout

the staff were helpful. they spoke english well. the location was central near restaurants and shops.

the room felt damp, and the bed sheets felt wet. i also noticed some mismatched towels from different hotels. being asked to rate the hotel at check out while they watched felt uncomfortable.

central stay with helpful staff

great service convenient location working air conditioning

ella and the team provided great service. they were very helpful, especially when i needed directions. i also appreciated the convenient location near many attractions. the hotel was clean and i found the air conditioning worked well.

the room i booked lacked a proper city view. there was another building directly in front, which obstructed any real view. this was disappointing, considering i booked the room specifically for that feature.

My room had air conditioning. It worked effectively and kept the space cool. the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. the room was also clean. It seemed well maintained and tidy.

The staff offered great hospitality. ella at reception arranged transfers. she also looked after some luggage i left for a few days. I found this very helpful indeed.

I received a room upgrade at no extra cost, super kind! the staff were always happy to help and very cute! the location was great. I could walk to many places. the hotel also arranged an airport drop-off service for me.

the television did not have many channels to choose from, though i did not spend much time watching it
